It is very true because when you think about it to live doesn’t necessarily mean you’re alive if you don’t take a moment to step away from the chaos and stop to smell the roses for a little while. Appreciate the beauty of nature, Indulge in something you enjoy, appreciate the small things you normally take for granted. When it all boils down, time is more valuable than money, time waits for no one so it is important to spend it wisely. Time goes by quickly so enjoy every moment of it the best you can.

If you find yourself dwelling on the hard situation you may be going through or experiencing always remember there is someone out there who is worst off than you and be grateful for what you do have which is what so many others out there wish they had. What you focus on expands so focus on the positive and it will increase your quality of life. Focus on some food for thought; What have you done for yourself lately? For others? For God?
